Cork on a Fork – Meet the Producers Food Tour

An exclusive Producers Bus Tour celebrating some of Cork’s food producers with behind-the-scenes tastings and insights into their craft.

Kick off the tour at the historic English Market, where you’ll meet some of the traders and enjoy a few delicious samples.

Next, experience the world of beekeeping with a visit to Hanna’s Bees in Little Island. Relax in Hanna’s beautiful pollination garden while learning about the life of a beekeeper, the importance of pollinators, and the magic of honey production.

You will then travel to the renowned Frank Hederman’s Tasting Room in Cobh. Enjoy a talk on the art of traditional smoking, complemented by a selection of exquisite canapés. As a special addition, Ardsallagh Cheese will join for a cheese tasting and discussion on the craft of cheesemaking and you will meet the owner of the nearby Killahora Orchard, where you’ll learn the difference between bitter apples for cider and sweet apples for eating, and taste some of their award-winning cider. The bus will drop you back to the city centre.
